Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential students/parents and explain the Academy's courses and offerings. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions. Maintain and update the lead database regularly. Handle inbound queries via phone professionally and efficiently. Provide detailed information about batches, fees, faculty, and facilities. Schedule counseling sessions or appointments with the academic team. Maintain call logs and submit daily reports to the supervisor. Work closely with the marketing and admissions team to achieve targets. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused. Basic computer knowledge. Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment. Benefits: Attractive incentives based on performance.
