Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents from the database or lead sheet. Explain the academic offerings and admission procedures of Gurcharanam Academy. Answer inquiries regarding courses, fees, timings, and faculty. Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in CRM or registers. Convert leads into walk-ins and admissions. Coordinate with the sales and academic teams for scheduling demo classes. Share feedback and market insights with the team for improvement. Key Skills Required: Excellent communication skills (Hindi essential; English preferred) Convincing and confident tone Basic computer knowledge. Good listening and interpersonal skills Ability to handle rejection and remain positive Qualifications: Minimum: 10+2 or Graduate in any stream Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, or customer support is a plus Fresher with good communication skills can apply Interested candidate can send their resume at 8824316261.
