Customer Support Executive (CSE)

As a Customer Support Executive (CSE) at App Alloys Pvt Ltd, located in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, you will be responsible for onboarding clients, managing their data setup, providing product training, handling support queries, and assisting with feature rollouts for our B2B SaaS product. This client-facing role requires excellent communication skills, experience with CRM tools, and a proactive attitude. Your key responsibilities will include setting up and configuring new customer accounts in the software, conducting online training sessions for clients, responding to customer queries via email, chat, and phone calls in a timely manner, documenting client feedback and requirements, coordinating with internal teams to address client needs, keeping clients informed about product updates and new feature launches, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. To excel in this role, you should have 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support, client servicing, or onboarding (preferably in SaaS), familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, Pipedrive, HubSpot, strong communication skills in English and Hindi, ability to handle multiple support channels, proficiency in Excel and Word or Google Sheets for data handling, attention to detail, patience, and a customer-first mindset. While a BBA/MBA is preferred, candidates with relevant experience and good communication skills are encouraged to apply. Preferred qualifications include experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or B2B tech products, conducting client webinars or training programs, and familiarity with order management, sales, or inventory workflows. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Saturday.
