Tele Sales Executive Eligibility Criteria: -Experience: 0–6 months (Graduate freshers welcome) -Role Type: Telephonic Sales -Working Days: 6 days/week (1 weekday rotational off) -Salary: ₹20,000 fixed -Interview Rounds: 2 (Immediate results) -Joining: Immediate joiners preferred -Language Requirement: -Chennai: Fluent in Tamil & English -Bangalore: Fluent in Kannada & good English Key Roles & Responsibilities: -Make outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company. -Pitch Shaadi.com’s premium membership plans effectively. -Understand customer needs and suggest suitable services. -Handle objections and queries with clarity and confidence. -Convert leads into successful sales. -Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM systems. -Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. -Ensure high levels of customer experience and service quality. -Coordinate with the team lead and report sales progress regularly.  2. Customer Support Executive Eligibility Criteria: -Experience: Graduate fresher -Working Days: 5 days/week (2 rotational week-offs) Shift Timings: -Female: 10 AM – 7 PM -Male: 12 PM – 9 PM - Immediate joiners preferred Language Requirement:  -Chennai: Fluent in Tamil & English       -Bangalore: Fluent in Kannada & good English Key Roles & Responsibilities: -Handle incoming calls and emails from members regarding their profile, subscriptions, and usage. -Provide quick and effective solutions while maintaining a professional tone. -Assist with profile setup, plan upgrades, payments, and technical issues. -Educate users on platform features and guide them through the process. -Escalate unresolved queries to relevant internal teams when needed. -Follow up on open cases and ensure customer satisfaction. -Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM system. -Meet productivity and quality benchmarks. -Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery. -Represent Shaadi.com positively in every customer interaction.
