Job Overview: We are hiring experienced International Customer Support Executives to handle customer queries via chat & email for a global client. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in international chat & email support, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first attitude. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and issues via live chats & emails in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources. Maintain customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Meet individual and team performance targets and KPIs. Work collaboratively in a team environment with flexibility to adapt to different shifts. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in an international customer support. Excellent written English communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats conversations simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment for remote work. Must be based in Hyderabad, India
