There are two locations Location 1: Gurugram Sector 20 (Voice process) Location 2: Gurugram Sector 49 (Airline process - premium customers, voice process) Work Mode: On-site Shift: Rotational Graduation is compulsory Training will be provided Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Voice Process team. This role is ideal for fresher graduates and experienced who have strong English communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism. Resolve queries, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain call quality standards and follow company guidelines. Update customer details accurately in the system after every interaction. Meet performance metrics such as response time, quality score,and customer feedback. Required Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in [English]. Active listening and problem-solving ability.
