Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction:
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through both voice and digital channels.
Blended Operations:
Perform a mix of front-end (customer-facing) and back-end (operational) tasks as needed.
Sales & Support:
May involve promoting or selling products/services through outbound calls or chat, in addition to providing support.
Process Management:
Ensure smooth integration between front-end and back-end processes to improve efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using customer service platforms, typing speed, and familiarity with digital communication tools.
Adaptability:
The ability to manage various customer interactions and tasks simultaneously.
Education:
Typically, any graduate or undergraduate with excellent communication skills is eligible.
Experience:
While freshers can apply, experience in customer service or a blended process environment is often preferred.

What to Expect

BPO/Contact Center Environment:
These roles are commonly found in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or contact center environments.
24/7 Shifts:
You may be required to work in various shifts, including 24x7 operations.
