Job Description

providing non-voice customer support to international clients through live chat and email, focusing on resolving inquiries and issues, maintaining customer satisfaction, and accurately documenting interactions in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Chat Support:

    Handle real-time chat and email queries from international customers.
  • Resolve Issues:

    Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Build Rapport:

    Establish sustainable relationships and trust with customers through effective communication.
  • Documentation:

    Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Escalate Issues:

    Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex or unresolved problems.
  • Stay Updated:

    Remain knowledgeable about product information and company policies to provide accurate support.
  • Multitasking:

    Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
  • Quality Assurance:

    Adhere to quality guidelines to ensure a positive customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent Written Communication:

    Strong command of English and effective comprehension skills.
  • Typing Speed:

    Proficient typing speed, often at least 25 words per minute.
  • Technical Skills:

    Proficiency with live chat software and CRM systems.
  • Problem-Solving:

    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer Service:

    A high level of empathy, patience, and a positive demeanor.
  • Multitasking & Time Management:

    Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Education:

    Typically, an undergraduate degree or equivalent, though some roles may hire freshers.
  • Language Proficiency:

    Multilingual proficiency is often a plus.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience:

    Previous experience in customer support or specific experience in international chat is often preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge:

    Understanding of the specific products or services being supported, such as eCommerce or technology.
  • Flexibility:

    Willingness to work in night shifts or flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Immediate Joiners:

    A preference for candidates who can start immediately.

Salary Upto 5 LPA (40,000 Monthly)
