Job Description

  • Handle critical accounts with professionalism and empathy, ensuring high satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.
  • Manage inbound, outbound, and email conversations with clients, providing timely updates and clear information.
  • Provide basic technical support, including:
  • Basic troubleshooting and assistance with Excel and standard ticketing systems.
  • Logging, tracking, and resolving support requests, escalating complex issues as required.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in ticketing software, maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain a professional communication style both verbal and written with a focus on customer service and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenging issues and ensure workflow efficiency.
