Job description: This is a customer support job. This is mainly into post-sales customer support. It requires handling customer queries when they start using the software deployed and guiding the customer in negotiating through the software. To provide initial training to customer for the usage of the software, may also need to assist in data uploads into eFA software. Involves receiving customer calls regarding problems with the software, log the calls and create tickets.

Must-have Skills:

  • Excellent Communication skills oral and written
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to quickly understand problems being reported and provide intelligent responses
  • Communicating in multiple languages (English*, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil* etc)
  • Must enjoy traveling

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation activities
  • Responsible for allocated customer accounts
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction and reduce customer issue resolution time
  • Attending to support calls/Email from the customer, record the calls/Email details in the Support application
  • Ensuring on time delivery of resolved tickets
  • Turnaround time for requirements and issue resolution needs to be optimal
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationship with customers
  • Timely escalation to CSM in case of unresolvable technical issues and delay in delivery
  • Daily timesheet update
