Job Description

1. To review Contract with company and Branch Sales and hand-over to Operations (Hand-over Meeting for key orders) to ensure flawless order booking.

2. Co-ordinate with Plant and ensure document submission (both pre & post manufacturing : ABG/PBG/GAD/Spec Sheet/QAP/Status-Reports/Post-order documentation etc.) as per agreed deadline.

3. Co-ordinate with Sales/customers to ensure receipt of document approvals within stipulated time.

4 Co-ordinate with Operations & QC for Inspection including issuing Inspection Calls (as applicable)

5. Manage the Post Order Change requests, and handle the same appropriately within the plant and with the customers.

6. Predominantly Sales Coordination Activities involving Pre Order/ Post order activity.

7. Contract Review and sending Order Acceptance to Customers.

8. Ensure high level of response to Customer/ Country offices -- (Techno- Commercial ).

9. Timely submission of MIS report with supporting data.

10. Ability to quickly analyse data and interpret the same (MIS / Forecast etc).

11. Ensure proper documentation in coordination with Branches / Accounts /Stores Department 12. Handling project right from enquiry till order execution without any bottle necks for smooth execution.
