Job Description

Customer Support & Service Coordinator (Female Candidates Can Apply)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and log service complaints.
  • Assign service calls to field/service engineers and update status in the system.
  • Forward customer issues to the right department and generate support tickets.
  • Follow up with customers for pending payments.
  • Maintain engineers attendance records.
  • Support the service department with admin and coordination tasks.
  • Check and respond to service-related emails daily.
  • Prepare and share basic reports as needed.

Requirements:

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.)
  • Good communication skills (English,Hindi,Marathi)
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Fresher can apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
