Tele Service Coordinator (Female)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Female - Tele Service Coordinator who is enthusiastic, well-spoken, and organized. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and the ability to handle day-to-day office coordination tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain records, reports, and service updates.
• Prepare and send emails, quotations, and follow-up communication as required.
• Perform basic data entry and reporting using MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Assist in scheduling and tracking service appointments.
• Maintain a professional relationship with clients.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
• Experience: 6 months in a similar role (Freshers can be considered with below skills & Profile)
• Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of Computer Operations, MS Office (Word, Excel), and Email handling.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication in [Preferred Language – English/Hindi/Marathi].
• Other Skills:
• Good common sense and presence of mind.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Should be from a nearby location for ease of commute.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Female candidates only from Andheri or near by location
• Friendly, polite, and customer service-oriented
• Quick learner and able to handle responsibilities independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
