Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Field Technician with hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining telecom and security systems. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Panasonic and Matrix systems, including CCTV, access control systems, EPABX, and fire alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform field installation, servicing, and maintenance of:
• CCTV surveillance systems
• Access control systems
• EPABX
• Fire alarm systems
• Work with Panasonic and Matrix equipment and software.
• Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot technical issues on-site.
• Coordinate with service teams and report service status.
• Prepare daily reports, service documentation, and update job sheets.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
• Provide on-site client support and ensure system performance.
• Follow safety standards and client-specific protocols.

Requirements:

• Qualification: SSC (10th Pass) and above
• Experience: 1 to 2 years in the telecom/security industry
• Technical Skills:
• Installation and maintenance of Panasonic & Matrix systems
• Knowledge of wiring, system configuration, and networking basics
• Strong troubleshooting ability on-site
• Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Soft Skills:
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Ability to work independently and travel to multiple locations
• Strong problem-solving and time management

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Field experience in telecom or security systems
• Knowledge of structured cabling and system layouts
• Physically fit and willing to work on-field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
