Customer Support Associate International Voice (Inbound)

Eligibility

Undergraduate / Graduate with
8 - 12+ months of International Voice (Inbound) experience
.
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills in English
(mandatory).
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in
night shifts
with rotational offs.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from international customers and resolve queries effectively.
Provide accurate information and maintain high standards of
customer service & satisfaction
.
Document call details, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
Adhere to
quality parameters, SLAs, and compliance requirements
.
Collaborate with team leaders and support teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Upskill during training and apply process knowledge to live operations.
