About the Job:

Daily Work:

Answer customer calls
Verify customer and order details
Give accurate delivery updates (ETA)
Start refunds or replacement requests as per policy
Create and close tickets in CRM
Coordinate with logistics when required
Maintain CSAT, AHT, and quality scores

Requirements:

Good English communication
Patience and customer-friendly attitude
Basic Excel & CRM knowledge
Comfortable with rotational shifts

Good to Have:

Experience in e-commerce customer support
Multi-queue experience
