Customer Support Associate

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Associate to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate (FEMALE ONLY) will have 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role and must be fluent in Malayalam to effectively support our Kerala customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues related to products, services, or orders.
• Communicate effectively in Malayalamwith customers from Kerala regions.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Achieve customer satisfaction targets and maintain quality service standards.
• Follow up with customers for feedback and additional support if needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
