The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions with accuracy, clarity, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities ● Manage inbound/outbound customer queries related to international banking services. ● Provide prompt, accurate solutions and maintain a high standard of service quality. ● Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security protocols, and operational guidelines. ● Record customer interactions in the system with clarity and attention to detail. ● Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution. ● Meet key performance metrics such as quality scores, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications ● Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory). ● Ability to work in US night shifts. ● Graduation in any discipline (or as per organizational requirement). ● Prior experience in international customer service or banking process preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply. ● Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and active listening abilities. ● Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple applications.
