Your Role:

Customer Support Associate & Escalations Specialist

What You’ll Do:

🤝 Assist customers via phone, email & chat—always with a smile (even over text!)
🔍 Resolve escalated issues with patience, empathy, and urgency
💬 Document interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM
🤝 Coordinate with internal teams (tech, product, content) to resolve complex queries
🧠 Share insights and suggestions to enhance our customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

A graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree)
1–2 years of experience in customer service or escalation management preferred
Excellent communication skills in English, Bengali & Hindi
A cool head, a problem-solving mindset, and a love for helping people
Comfortable with CRM tools and basic office software
