Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, chat, and other support channels.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customers regarding orders, product inquiries, delivery updates, and service-related concerns.
  • Communicate with internal teams (operations, delivery, kiosk teams) to ensure quick resolution of customer issues.
  • Record customer feedback, complaints, and requests in the system and ensure follow-up where required.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with customer concerns.
  • Assist in improving customer experience by identifying recurring issues and suggesting solutions.
  • Support order tracking, cancellations, and modifications following company policies.
  • Maintain proper documentation of support interactions.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years experience in customer service can apply.
  • Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
  • Good listening skills, patience, and a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer and mobile app handling skills.
  • Strong customer-focused approach and willingness to help people.
