Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for the international process.
* Provide accurate information and support to customers related to products/services.* Maintain high levels of professionalism, customer empathy, and service quality.* Meet process KPIs including call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.* Coordinate with internal teams as required to resolve customer issues.

## **Eligibility Criteria**

* Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
* Good communication skills in English.* Minimum **6 months of BPO experience** (International voice preferred)* Versant Score: **C1 US Voice**
