Your responsibilities will include monitoring and guiding robots in real-time to optimize their cleaning performance, promptly addressing customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to robotic operations, ensuring customers receive accurate information and solutions, collaborating with the technical team to handle complex issues efficiently, documenting customer interactions and technical problems for reference, and continuously enhancing your knowledge of company products and services to offer superior assistance. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, possess strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail, exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, be adept at working both independently and collaboratively, have a comfort level with technology and a willingness to embrace new systems and tools, be available to work in shifts including weekends and holidays if needed, and while previous customer service experience is a bonus, it is not a mandatory requirement.
