Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our international voice process team. As a Customer Support Agent, you will handle customer interactions over the phone, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions with a professional and empathetic approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for international customers.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Provide accurate product or service information.
• Document customer interactions in the system accurately.
• Meet performance targets related to call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate/Undergraduate (UG) candidates are eligible.
• Freshers or candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support (voice process preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including evening or night shifts).

Salary

• Kolkata: ₹20,000- ₹28,000 per month (in-hand)

Work Schedule

• Rotational shifts of 9 hours (Day/Night)
• 2 rotational weekly offs
• CAB facility available as per norms (Evening/Night shift only)

Note

Good communication skills are essential for this role. Candidates must be confident and able to manage calls independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
