As a Customer Support Executive at Flipkart - CT (Caretouch), your role involves providing voice support to customers. You will be responsible for: - Handling customer queries and concerns effectively over the phone - Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery - Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintaining accurate records of interactions with customers To excel in this role, you are required to meet the following qualifications: - Any Graduate - Fluent in English and Hindi - Fresher or 6+ months of experience - Versant-4 or 5 certification Flipkart - CT (Caretouch) offers a supportive work environment with benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
