We are seeking a Customer Support Agent to join our team and contribute to the continued growth of the Pure app. What will you do? Deal with user complaints in system chats , identify the root causes and promptly find solutions to correct them; Answer user letters in the customer service system , help users with their tech or other issues, provide customers comprehensive information about the company’s services and products; Analyse users' queries , check the information from users in different systems (admin-panel, analytical system, Google console, users logs system, payment merchant system) and make a decision about posting the problem in corporate chat to resolve it with developers/product managers; Resolving financial chargeback disputes ; 5 days on / 2 days off 04:00AM - 1:00PM CET time Who are we looking for? You enjoy resolving issues and helping others You have a high level of English and native level of Hindi 1 year of experience working in Customer Support What we offer?
