Customer Support Agent

What will you do?

• Deal with

  user complaints

  in

  system chats

  , identify the root causes and promptly find solutions to correct them;
• Answer

  user letters

  in the customer

  service system

  , help users with their tech or other issues, provide customers comprehensive information about the company’s services and products;
• Analyse

  users' queries

  , check the information from users in different systems (admin-panel, analytical system, Google console, users logs system, payment merchant system) and make a decision about posting the problem in corporate chat to resolve it with developers/product managers;
• Resolving financial

  chargeback disputes

  ;
• 5 days on / 2 days off

  04:00AM - 1:00PM CET time

Who are we looking for?

• You enjoy resolving issues and helping others
• You have a high level of

  English

  and

  native level of Hindi

• 1 year of experience working in Customer Support
