Shadi.com is looking for experienced and motivated professionals to join our VIP Service – Customer Service & Renewals team. The role involves handling premium customers, ensuring smooth service experience, resolving queries, and managing renewals efficiently.

We are seeking candidates who are excellent communicators with proven customer service expertise, ready to join immediately.

Shift Details:

• Night Shift
• Open Positions: 10

Qualifications:

• HSC Passed

Skills & Experience Required:

• Excellent English communication skills
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service (international/domestic BPO preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and customer handling ability

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 (in-hand) based on last drawn salary
• 2 rotational week offs
• Rotational day shifts when required

Additional Details:

• Age Requirement: 24 – 37 years
• Joining: Immediate
