Job Description

Shadi.com is seeking energetic and result-oriented VIP Product Counsellors for its B2C Sales team. The role involves engaging directly with customers, understanding their needs, pitching premium services, and achieving sales targets.

If you have excellent communication skills and proven experience in BPO Sales or related fields, we would love to have you on board.

Shift Details:

• Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Qualifications:

• SSC / HSC Passed

Languages:

• English + Hindi (linguistic advantage preferred)

Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong communication and convincing ability
• Minimum 1 year experience in BPO Sales, Lead Generation, Pre-sales, or Collections (B2C preferred)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 in-hand + attractive incentives
• Linguistic candidates may earn up to ₹35,000 (based on last drawn)
• 1 rotational week off
