VIP Product Counsellor – International Tele-Sales (Male Only)

Job Description

Shadi.com is hiring VIP Product Counsellors for its International Tele-Sales team. We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and target-driven professionals with prior international BPO sales experience.

As a VIP Product Counsellor, you will handle outbound calls, pitch premium services, build relationships with international clients, and ensure exceptional customer experience while meeting sales goals.

Shift Timings:

• Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Interview Timings:

• 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Qualifications:

• SSC / HSC Passed

Languages Preferred:

• Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu (Generic English/Hindi also acceptable)

Skills & Experience Required:

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Minimum 1 year experience in international BPO (Sales, Up-selling, Retention, or Collections).
• Experience with US, Canada, or Australia processes will be an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (in hand)
• Attractive performance-based incentives
• Night Shift Allowance: ₹100/day
• 2 rotational week offs
