Customer Success Specialist - US

Role Overview: You will be responsible for owning the overall relationship with assigned clients, managing on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Your objective will be to enhance customer adoption by meeting upsell/cross-sell targets and establishing a trusted advisor relationship to drive continued value of the products and services. You will also maintain and develop customer success strategies, best practices, and customer support content. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport, identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them. - Review the customer journey, take a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues, and achieve their goals. - Facilitate interaction and workflow between project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure timely deliverables. - Collaborate, problem solve, and strategize upcoming client meetings with team members. - Prepare necessary documentation or visuals for clients to demonstrate campaign performance. - Work with the sales and marketing team to extract customer references and develop case studies, testimonials, and other required marketing materials. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success. - Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills. - Analytical and process-oriented mindset. - Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment. - Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
