Role Overview

As a Customer Success Specialist at Inmyo, you will be responsible for fostering positive customer relationships, ensuring high adoption of our solutions, providing proactive support, and contributing to customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will act as a trusted point of contact for customers and help them derive maximum value from our products/services.



Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
  • Manage the customer onboarding process and ensure smooth adoption of our products/services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and goals.
  • Provide proactive support, follow-ups and check-ins to drive customer satisfaction and reduce churn.
  • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Support) to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Monitor customer success metrics and health scores to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support renewal and expansion opportunities by identifying upsell/cross-sell potential.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in CRM systems.



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience

    in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Support, Customer Experience, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Excellent

    verbal and written communication skills

    .
  • Strong

    relationship-building and interpersonal skills

    .
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to listen, understand and address customer needs.
  • Good

    problem-solving

    and

    time-management

    abilities.
  • Familiarity with

    CRM tools

    (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a

    fast-paced environment

    and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
