• Keep Customers Happy: Be the friendly face (and voice) ensuring every customer feels valued and heard.
• Gather Feedback: Connect with customers via WhatsApp, chat, and calls to collect feedback and insights.
• Drive Subscriptions: Convert frequent buyers into loyal subscribers, making pet parenting easier for them.
• Resolve Grievances: Address and resolve customer issues promptly, turning challenges into positive experiences.
