• Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across

  Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Meta, and Google

• Collaborate with the

  content and creative team

  to scale top-performing ads and creatives.
• Build and manage

  retention funnels

  across Meta, Google, email, and WhatsApp.
• Drive

  conversion rate optimization (CRO)

  through A/B testing, landing page insights, and analytics.
• Manage

  media buying budgets

  , ensuring cost-efficient scaling and measurable ROI.

• Improve

  ROAS

  CAC:LTV ratio

  month-on-month.
• Drive measurable

  growth in new user acquisition and repeat purchases

• Elevate

• 2–4 years

  of experience in

  performance or growth marketing (D2C preferred).

• Pet parent or passionate about animals

  (non-negotiable ❤️).
• Proven expertise in

  media buying, funnel optimization, and growth experiments.

• Hands-on experience with

  Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Shopify analytics.

• Thrives in a

  fast-paced, creative startup
