Customer Success Specialist

Role Overview: As a Customer Success Specialist at Coates Group, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and improving customer relationships by ensuring their satisfaction in post-install support services. You will work alongside the Customer Success Manager for key customers, addressing their needs, providing support, and identifying opportunities for process enhancements. Collaboration with internal support team partners, vendors, Operations, and Supply Chain teams will be essential to deliver optimal support. Key Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with key account stakeholders - Advocate for continuous improvement in support delivery - Contribute to Technical Support case handling and escalate issues as needed - Maintain oversight on SLA performance for key accounts - Direct and manage escalations for prompt resolution of critical issues Qualifications & Experience: - Education: Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science - Experience: 1-2+ years in Customer Success, Enterprise Technical Support, or Technical Account Management - Skills: Customer-centric mindset, strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities - Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, networking principles, and front-end development languages About Coates: Coates Group is an industry leader focused on creating immersive brand experiences.
