Your role will involve staying updated on the latest technologies related to Coates products, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, collaborating with internal teams, maintaining strong customer relationships, and contributing to process improvements. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in providing L2 support in the IT industry, a background in IT systems, networking, or hardware, and familiarity with ticketing tools. Additionally, you should possess advanced knowledge of working in a Linux environment, scripting skills, and experience with server-client architecture. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is advantageous.
