Job Description

Responsibilities:

Handle technical queries from customers, providing timely and effective support based on priority levels.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive international growth across both B2B and B2C markets.
Identify and engage potential clients and partners to expand CodeDesign.ai's market presence.
Manage sales incentives and affiliate programs to boost sales performance and customer acquisition.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and support.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales and support efforts with overall company goals.
Provide insights and feedback to improve product offerings based on market trends, customer needs, and support interactions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, utilizing a target-based sales approach.
Effectively balance responsibilities between sales growth and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. A background in Computer Science or Technology is a plus.
1+ years of experience in international sales and customer support, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth, while managing customer support inquiries.
Strong understanding of sales incentives, affiliate program management, and customer support best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, balancing both sales and support tasks.
Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and customer support platforms.
Willingness to travel as needed.
