Provide insights and feedback to improve product offerings based on market trends, customer needs, and support interactions. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, utilizing a target-based sales approach. Effectively balance responsibilities between sales growth and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. A background in Computer Science or Technology is a plus. 1+ years of experience in international sales and customer support, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth, while managing customer support inquiries. Strong understanding of sales incentives, affiliate program management, and customer support best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, balancing both sales and support tasks. Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and customer support platforms. Willingness to travel as needed.
