Job Description

Role Overview: As a Customer Success Management Specialist at Accenture, you will be responsible for transforming sales into a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine. Your role will involve assessing, designing, building, and implementing best practices on process, organization, and technology to create, execute, and run collaborative sales and support roles. You will play a key role in providing support for lead/opportunity generation through various channels like calls, emails, and social media to generate leads, schedule meetings, conduct surveys, and raise awareness about products or offerings on behalf of sales/marketing teams. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure new customers experience immediate success and value by providing technical assistance during onboarding and post go-live phases. - Coordinate and execute activities with customers via web-based meetings, phone calls, and emails throughout different stages of onboarding. - Monitor customer health scores and usage data to identify early signs of dissatisfaction or potential churn. - Develop and implement targeted retention strategies to address customer pain points and enhance satisfaction. - Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with internal teams to address issues. - Execute high-level troubleshooting and expedite resolution of customer issues. - Provide recommendations for upsell and cross-sell of Vertex solutions. - Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks of churn. - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk management processes. - Collaborate with various departments to integrate risk management practices into daily operations. - Set and manage expectations while monitoring customer achievements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree and 2-plus years of relevant work experience, preferably in Cloud technology implementation, project management, and support. - Experience in implementing solutions on major cloud platforms. - Proven track record of onboarding and supporting customers to deliver high customer satisfaction, advocacy, and loyalty. - Experience in navigating and steering customer engagements to completion with a high level of customer satisfaction. - Strong listening and verbal communication skills. - Familiarity with common customer success and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, etc. - Experience in the enterprise, XaaS, cloud, or services space. - An affinity for getting to know people and helping them solve their business problems.,
