Customer Success Manager – Cybersecurity (Internship → Full-Time)


Employment Type: Paid Internship (3 Months) → Full-Time Offer Upon Success


We’re looking for motivated freshers who want to launch their career in cybersecurity and Customer Success. This is a 3-month paid internship program designed to train you into a world-class Customer Success Manager. You will learn how to work with customers, understand cybersecurity solutions, guide clients on best practices, and ensure they get maximum value from our platform. At the end of 3 months, strong performers will receive a full-time CSM offer.

Key Responsibilities (During Internship + Full-Time)

Learn & Grow (Internship Phase)

  • Learn how cybersecurity products work and how customers use them.
  • Assist senior Customer Success Managers during onboarding, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Shadow real customer calls to understand engagement, adoption, and customer journey best practices.
  • Learn to monitor customer health metrics and identify early signs of risk.

Contribute & Lead (After Successful Internship)

  • Own customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor for assigned accounts.
  • Guide customers through onboarding, training, and successful product adoption.
  • Help customers understand cybersecurity best practices and how our solutions keep them protected.
  • Proactively engage customers to ensure renewals, satisfaction, and long-term success.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to resolve issues and advocate customer needs.
  • Document and improve processes for scalable customer lifecycle management.

Qualifications

Required

  • Fresh graduate (any discipline); technical or IT-related fields preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers succeed.
  • Interest in cybersecurity, software, and problem solving.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, proactive attitude—someone who takes ownership and wants to grow.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
  • Familiarity with tools like CRMs, ticketing systems, or SaaS applications.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CSM, or any cybersecurity course are helpful but OPTIONAL.
