In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with our existing partners, actively recruiting new partners, driving sales growth, and ensuring that our partners have the necessary resources and support to succeed. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the technology landscape, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for partner development. Key Responsibilities Partner Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with assigned partners to drive revenue growth and ensure alignment with Xcitium’s goals and objectives. Recruitment of New Partners: Identify and recruit new reseller partners to expand our partner network and enhance market presence. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with partners to create and implement effective sales strategies that maximize their potential in selling Xcitium products and services. Performance Monitoring: Track partner performance metrics, provide regular feedback, and develop action plans to address any performance gaps. Training & Enablement: Conduct training sessions and workshops to equip partners with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively sell our solutions. Market Insights: Gather and analyze market feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies, ensuring our offerings meet customer needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to enhance the partner experience and drive mutual success. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on partner performance and sales forecasts to present to management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 3+ years of experience in partner account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity sector. Proven track record of successfully managing partner relationships and driving revenue growth, including recruiting new partners. Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, with the ability to train and mentor partners effectively. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
