Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Own day-to-day relationships for assigned clients.
Schedule and lead regular cadence calls to drive NPS governance with clients.
Track client issues, status, and resolution turnaround time.
Escalate major concerns to operations teams and collaborate with them to resolve them.
Monitor client satisfaction and collect feedback regularly.
Collaborate with the operations team to update and document SOPs per client and specialty.
Help maintain and organize specialty guides and cheat sheets.
Identify process gaps or undocumented nuances during operations and feed them into SOP updates.
Join weekly production review calls and answer operations teams queries.
Assist in designing workflow and billing solutions for new and existing clients.
Provide operational input based on past cases to improve solutioning quality.
Coordinate internal reviews to validate solution feasibility with offshore teams.
Participate actively in new client transitions and POCs.
Own SOP sign-off process during new client transitions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

5-7 years’ experience in Revenue Cycle Management
3-5 years in customer management, customer success role
Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field
Willingness to travel to the US to meet with clients at least 3-4 times per year
