1. Experience & Background

• How many years of experience do you have in

  Business Development, Sales, or Customer Success

  ?
• Have you worked in a

  Digital Marketing, SaaS, or Reputation Management

  company before? Please explain.
• Describe a product or service you’ve pitched or sold. What was your approach?

2. Sales Skills & Lead Management

• What tools have you used for

  lead generation

  (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Skrapp)?
• Walk us through how you

  manage your sales pipeline

• How do you handle objections from a potential client who says, “I don’t think I need your service”?
