Customer Success Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understanding customer needs and objectives, and aligning them with our product/service offerings will be a key part of your role. Onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth implementation and adoption process will also be crucial. Additionally, you are expected to demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
