Job Description

As an Alumni Relationship Professional at our company, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Success Managers and Relationship Managers. Your primary goal will be to ensure successful implementation of engagement strategies that drive impactful outcomes for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include understanding customer goals, generating upsell leads, driving outreach and awareness, and collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. You will be expected to leverage your expertise in alumni relations and SaaS environments to drive customer success and identify opportunities for upselling. Your exceptional communication skills will play a critical role in building strong relationships, influencing stakeholders, and conveying complex ideas clearly. To excel in this role, you should have a deep conviction about our company's mission and values. Your ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate empathy, and provide timely and professional customer service will be crucial. Additionally, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor while upholding the company's reputation is essential. Ideally, you should have 2-3 years of relevant experience in alumni relations and customer success within SaaS environments. The remuneration for this position will be as per company norms, and the location of work will be in our office in Hyderabad.,
