Job Description

As a Customer Success Lead at our Noida office, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by building meaningful relationships with educators and learners globally. In this one-year contract position, with potential for full-time transition based on performance and business requirements, you will be responsible for implementing McGraw Hill's digital education solutions in India. Your role will involve introducing McGraw Hill's learning platforms in India, supporting business development for digital solutions, and actively engaging with customers to ensure they understand and benefit from our offerings. From pre-sales to onboarding and post-sales phases, you will play a crucial role in driving customer success. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a power user and advocate for McGraw Hill's learning platforms, leading user onboarding, training, and engagement to drive renewals and upsell opportunities. - Adapt to evolving markets and customer needs, maintaining value-driven customer engagement in alignment with company values. - Lead pre-sales and post-sales efforts for digital solutions in the Higher Education segment, collaborating closely with sales teams to ensure seamless onboarding, technical support, and customer success. - Oversee successful implementation of digital products, ensuring high-quality user experience and continuous engagement. - Act as the regional point of contact for testing and introducing new global digital platforms, educating and training the sales team on these solutions, and driving go-to-market strategies. - Manage technical and non-technical queries within defined SLAs, ensuring excellent onboarding experiences for users. We are seeking someone with: - 5+ years of related experience, preferably in platform/software sales, education sales, or delivery. - Experience in creating and implementing digital strategies for customers. - Strong consultative selling skills across education, media, software, or cloud-stack. - Excellent account management skills and lead conversion abilities. - Proficiency with workplace tools and software applications like Office 365 and SFDC.
