This part-time hybrid gig as a Customer Success Intern at Aminu Skincare in Mumbai is all about connecting with clients and learning the ins and outs of skincare. You'll chat with both new and existing clients, dive into the world of skin science, and figure out what our customers are looking for. Plus, you'll get to help them understand their skin needs and concerns while they shop.

You will work very closely with the Marketing Team at Aminu alongside the Co-founder.

Knowledge or Experience in:
- Good communication skills & People person- Self-driven and takes ownership of responsibilities- Is a problem solver & adaptable to the idea of a start-up environment- Passionate about learning and is looking to experience the office environment alongside college

Experience Duration: We are looking for college go-ers or freshers who are willing to learn and grow with us.

How to go about your application?
- We work Monday to Saturday (a 6-day week helps us keep up with our fast-growing pace).- Our office timings are 10 AM to 7 PM but you will be working remotely for 4 hour slot everyday - the time slots of which can be decided.- You will be required to come to office twice a week for our brainstorming sessions.

There is a fixed stipend for this role which is INR 7000 per month
