Skin trainer

You will be responsible for designing and preparing educational material, training modules, and programs for salons and spas. You will conduct pre-sales demos, post-sales training, and Aminu Days in salons and spas within the designated region. Additionally, you will create educational content such as blogs, videos, etc., to support Aminus branding activities. Your role will involve ideating and executing marketing initiatives focused on the salon industry in consultation with the management team. It is important to keep the management updated on product launches, competition, and market developments. You will also provide support and mentorship to therapists and managers in the assigned salons, all while maintaining a positive image and recalling AMINU as a brand. Requirements: - Good communication skills - Confidence - Fast learner - Experience in the cosmetic or skincare industry - Willingness to travel in the south side of India for demos and trainings - CIDESCO certification is a plus This position is based in Bangalore and requires on-site work from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday.
