Skin trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct theory and practical sessions as per Lakmé Academy curriculum for skin and beauty courses.
• Train students in skin analysis, facials, clean-ups, advanced skin treatments, and use of professional products/equipment.
• Deliver sessions on hygiene, client consultation, and skin care procedures.
• Stay updated with latest beauty and skin care trends, products, and technologies, and integrate them into training.
• Evaluate student performance through practical and written assessments.
• Guide students on client handling, salon etiquette, and professional ethics.
• Support in workshops, seminars, and promotional activities for academy marketing initiatives.
• Ensure labs are maintained with proper hygiene, stock, and equipment.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma/Certification in Skin & Beauty Therapy from a reputed institute.
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional/teaching experience in the beauty & wellness industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of skin treatments, product usage, and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing student careers.
