Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Trainer for our Beauty Category (in Women Salon Business) to join our dynamic team. The Trainer will play a crucial role in ensuring the high-quality delivery of home cleaning services in our designated cities. This individual will be responsible for leading all training initiatives, developing and refining training content, and providing technical (relating to waxing, threading, facials, pedicure, etc) and behavioral training to our partners to guarantee a delightful customer experience.

What You’ll Do:
Lead all training programs for professionals offering home services in allotted city.Develop and refine training content, ensuring it aligns with industry standards and best practices.Provide hands-on training and support to partners on standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.Implement strategies to improve service quality through training interventions.Lead a team of trainers/professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent training delivery across all locations.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to meet evolving business needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions to address gaps.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development for blue-collar workers.

What We Need:
3+ years of training experience in Salons or Beauty Training Academies with a focus ontraining and development.Very high proficiency in hard skills like waxing, threading, facials, clean-ups, pedicures, etcStrong communication skills with proven experience of training professionalsDemonstrated expertise in developing and delivering training contentExcellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple taskssimultaneously.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹63,000.00 per month
