As a Junior Customer Success Executive at TeachEdison, you will play a crucial role in nurturing client relationships and ensuring seamless customer experiences with our cutting-edge educational software solutions. With 1 to 3 years of experience, you will utilize your expertise in Customer Relationship Management to facilitate long-term client retention and enhance customer satisfaction. Your outstanding Communication skills will be vital in effectively interacting with a diverse clientele, while your strong Account Management expertise will enable you to oversee customer accounts from inception through growth. You will leverage your proven skills in Customer Onboarding to guide new clients in understanding and using our innovative EdisonOS product. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with different departments to ensure client satisfaction through Cross-functional Collaboration. Your proficiency in navigating CRM Software will allow you to track and manage customer interactions and data efficiently. As a solution-oriented individual, you will proactively address and resolve client concerns, demonstrating your organizational skills by managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously. Your role will involve establishing and maintaining proactive communication with clients, collaborating with sales and product teams to align customer feedback with product offerings, and conducting onboarding sessions to familiarize new clients with EdisonOS functionalities. Utilizing CRM tools for tracking customer interactions, identifying growth opportunities within accounts, and acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries are among your key responsibilities.
